*Breakfast and lunch will be served

*PHYSICALS and IMMUNIZATION records must be turned in for Kindergarten, New First Grade Students, and Sixth Grade Students! 

*DENTAL exams must be turned in for Kindergarten, New First Grade Students, and Sixth Grade Students! 

Drop them in the drop box at each school, bring them to parent orientation, or send them with your child on the first day of school.

*PHYSICALS and IMMUNIZATION records and proof of a DENTAL exam must be turned in for all Kindergarten students. 

Bring the completed forms to the Open House, drop them in the drop box at each school or send them with your child on the first day of school.
